About Marble

Marble is building the future of earth observation with distributed fleets of small, high-speed eVTOL UAVs, providing ~200x cheaper and more accurate data than satellite imagery. Our systems are autonomously operated from robotic hangars, revolutionizing problems from forecasting of the melting of Greenland to monitoring of bad actors at sea.

After 5 years of R&D, we delivered operations in 2024 (£300k revenue), and just signed our first massive contract (£2M) with a £100M pipeline live.

We have:

• An awesome, extremely differentiated and defensible product, ready to sell, and a high ceiling to keep improving
• Rock solid financial foundations, with £1M/year revenue (to monitor Greenland!) and a round just closed with an exited unicorn founder
• Very favourable market conditions, with growing defence and security spending and very high interest in the arctic.

In the next 6 months we to build the team that will get us through high speed scaling, proving itself in 2025 by delivering our signed minimum 5x revenue growth

The role

We're looking for someone insanely ambitious, relentless, and results-driven to partner directly with our CEO. You'll lead branding, help setup high growth BD, support fundraising, and strategic initiatives.

This role demands you thrive in ambiguity, embrace pressure, and master challenges quickly. It’s not a place for comfort or mediocrity.

• Drive high-impact projects across marketing, sales, and strategy.
• Lead initiatives from targeted campaigns to essential recruitment.
