We first developed, sold and operated a complete end-to-end MVP that included vehicle, ground infrastructure, and data management software, flying over 1,000km in 4 countries and detecting more than 200 illegal vessels. From the learnings, we produced a breakthrough, yet-to-be-released system that outperforms reference solutions costing 10x more, and which has attracted a quantified pipeline of use cases worth >£1M.
We now are at a turning point: over the next 12 months we need to mature, deploy and scale that system, across use cases ranging from border control to seaweed detection.
